Whistler Blackcomb is the home of YES
Located on Canada’s West Coast in beautiful British Columbia, Whistler Blackcomb resort is the perfect place to take your skiing and riding to new levels. With 2 mountains, Whistler Blackcomb has extensive terrain and a vibrant village. Whistler Blackcomb is consistently rated one of the best resorts in North America with 8,100 acres of terrain, more than 200 trails, three glaciers, 33 lifts and twelve alpine bowls across the two mountains.
There are 3 main areas of the resort:
- Whistler Village at the base of Whistler Mountain
- The Upper Village located at the base of Blackcomb
- Whistler Creek (Creekside) located on the opposite side of Whistler Mountain to the main village
YES Accommodation:
YES Accommodation is located in Creekside and Whistler Village. The YES lift pass included in the full program provides access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.
Transfers from Vancouver Airport
Ridebooker Transportation (www.ridebooker.com) It’s quick & simple - choose a service that suits you from shuttle bus, coach, taxi or even limo service. Please view their website for pricing. The journey time to Whistler is approximately 2.5 hours
PLEASE NOTE: you can only receive door to door service by selecting the shuttle service, taxi or limo. Continue to follow the step by step instructions, keep in mind that you will need your flight details to book a pick up from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
Please ensure that you clearly indicate the following text YES TOURS CLIENT - DOOR TO DOOR in both the Group Name and Special Instructions section of the booking form. You can pay for the transfer directly online – all major credit cards accepted.

On Arrival in Whistler
- Saturday (program start date) is arrival and departure day.
- Check in for YES accommodation is 4pm and check out is 10am.
- If you have arranged your own accommodation in Whistler, please call YES on (604)905-2560 to confirm your arrival into Whistler or advise us of a delay.
- Sunday is the first day on snow. Please meet at 8.30am at Dusty's at the base of the Creekside Gondola. Enter through the café entrance on the side closest to the Gondola and proceed upstairs.

Getting Around
There is a free Village shuttle bus that runs around Whistler village and the Upper Village. A local bus service operates regular buses to Whistler Creek and other suburban areas for $2 each way (as correct change is required, bus passes are available from supermarkets and internet cafes).
Equipment Rental
YES Tours highly recommends Skiis n Biikes and Wild Willies if you need to rent or buy your equipment. They stock the latest HEAD skis, boots and snowboards used by all YES instructors.
Money & Banks:
All prices in Whistler are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) with taxes and gratuity additional.
- Tipping is common for all services.
- There are three banks in Whistler Village and one in Creekside.
- Various ATM’s can be found around the village and Mastercard, VISA & American Express are accepted at most retail shops and restaurants.
- The foreign exchange in the Tourist Information Centre on the main bus loop is open Monday – Saturday every week of the season.
